Marketing in the Hospitality Industry

When she was an Alfred University student, Jessica Reagan took the opportunity to go on a marketing business trip to Barcelona, Spain, through AU's College of Business. She received practical, hands-on experience by observing how other cultures develop and promote their businesses.

Alfred University gave me a platform to be creative, explore my passions and to develop as a leader. After graduation, I felt empowered to jump into the professional environment to put my skills to the test, knowing I would always have the support of my alma mater.

As AU’s student senate president, Jessica also gained experience running weekly meetings, giving speeches and allocating funds. Jessica’s leadership skills were strengthened through the Women’s Leadership Center. She graduated magna cum laude in 2008, earning a BS in Marketing and a BA in Communication and Media Studies.

She’s worked in sales for various branches of Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites since graduation. In 2016, she became the Area Director of Sales. She was recently awarded Director of Sales of the Year with Hilton.
